Product Description

Ta1 Ta2 Tc4 Pure Titanium Foil Titanium Belt Titanium Sheet High Strength Corrosion Resistance

Heat treatment:

Titanium is an isomer with a melting point of 1668℃ and a close-packed hexagonal lattice structure below 882℃, which is called alpha titanium. At 882℃ above the body - centered cubic lattice structure, called beta titanium. By making use of the different characteristics of the two structures of titanium alloys, appropriate alloying elements are added to make the phase transition temperature and phase fraction content of the alloys change gradually to obtain titanium alloys of different structures. At room temperature, titanium alloys have three matrix structures, which can be divided into three categories: α alloy,(α+β) alloy, and β alloy. China is represented by TA, TC and TB.

Titanium is a new type of metal, titanium performance and the content of impurities such as carbon, nitrogen, hydrogen, oxygen, the purest titanium iodide impurity content is not more than 0.1%, but its low strength, high plasticity. The properties of 99.5% industrial pure titanium are: density ρ=4.5g/ cubic cm, melting point 1725℃, thermal conductivity λ=15.24W/(m.K), tensile strength σb=539MPa, elongation δ=25%, section shrinkage ratio ψ=25%, elastic modulus E=1.078×105MPa, hardness HB195

Competitive Advantage:

The company relies on the "National high-tech materials industry base - China Titanium Valley (Baoji)" strong industry resources, strong non-ferrous metal research and manufacturing strength, complete titanium industry chain manufacturing; At the same time, the company into the new marketing and service concept, adhere to the customer as the center, quality, integrity management. Has been structured to titanium city Baoji as a research, production, processing and sales center, to provide customers with professional, comprehensive services.

Applications:

Titanium alloy is mainly used in aircraft engine compressor components, followed by rocket, missile and high-speed aircraft structural components. By the mid-1960s, titanium and its alloys had been used in general industry to make electrodes for the electrolytic industry, condensers for power stations, heaters for petroleum refining and desalination, and environmental pollution control devices. Titanium and its alloys have become a kind of corrosion resistant structural materials. In addition, it is also used to produce hydrogen storage materials and shape memory alloys.
