This paper introduces the main transition phases that appear in the heat treatment process of titanium alloys, focuses on analyzing the relationship between α′ and α″ phases and the quenching aging β phase, and points out that the properties of α′ and α″ phases are affected by the structure and solid solubility. The β phase can be divided into β0, β, β′ and β″ in more detail. Finally, the hardness of all phases appearing in the titanium alloy is sorted, and the sorting result is: ω>α′≈β″>α ″≈α>β>β′>β0.
