Titanium alloy has high strength, low density, good mechanical properties, good toughness and corrosion resistance. 1. High specific strength (tensile strength/density), the tensile strength can reach 100~140kgf/mm2, while the density is only 60% of steel. It can still support the required working strength at medium temperature, and can work continuously at a temperature of 450~500°C.

Generally, titanium has good corrosion resistance in oxidizing and neutral media. Titanium alloys work in humid atmosphere and seawater, and their corrosion resistance is far better than that of stainless steel. However, titanium is resistant to reducing oxygen and chromium salt media. Corrosion is poor.
3. Titanium alloys with good low-temperature performance and extremely low void elements, such as TA7, can maintain a certain degree of plasticity at -253°C.
