Since titanium is easy to absorb oxygen, hydrogen and nitrogen when heated, the plasticity is reduced and the performance is deteriorated, so care must be taken to keep the atmosphere in the furnace neutral or weakly oxidizing during heating, and try to avoid using a reducing atmosphere, let alone Hydrogen heating is permitted. Forging, extrusion, rolling and stretching can be performed on common equipment, and the temperature range of thermal processing is 800-900°C. During cold working, when the cold working rate reaches a certain value (such as 30% to 60%), intermediate annealing should be carried out.
