6AL4V titanium properties include a tensile strength of 1000 MPa (megapascals), equivalent to 145,000 psi. In comparison, annealed 316 stainless steel has a tensile strength of only 570 MPa (82,670 psi), tempered 6061 aluminum alloy has a tensile strength of 310 MPa, and grade 1 titanium has a tensile strength of only 240 MPa (34,809 psi) ). Our titanium alloys are immune to the high temperatures encountered in racing applications, which can cause fatigue in steel lug bolts. We roll our threads for optimal fatigue resistance.

This is a set of vented Ti 6Al-4V studs, 12pt nuts and washers.
These titanium stud kits are made of Ti 6Al-4V and can be easily installed using an Allen key. Includes titanium 14mm 12 point flange nut and washer.
This stud kit looks great and will allow you to properly clamp the turbo to the turbo manifold without running into sealing issues, stud/nut failure or unsightly and troublesome rust and corrosion. They can be used in turbo manifolds to turbochargers, among many other uses.
Titanium is about 45% lighter, stronger, and doesn't corrode like cheap steel bolts or studs!
