Description: TA1 is a commercial titanium wire. It has excellent welding process performance, beautiful weld formation, and its weld metal has excellent comprehensive mechanical properties.
Uses: Mainly used for welding of titanium-based alloys.

Weld metal radiographic inspection requirements: Class I
Precautions and operation points:
1. Surface impurities such as oil, rust, moisture, etc. must be completely removed from the welding place.
2. In order to prevent the surface temperature of the weld bead from being too high and oxidized during welding, a tail cover must be added to enhance the protection.

Description: TA2 is a kind of commercial pure titanium welding wire. Compared with TA1 welding wire, its impurity content is less, and it has good mechanical properties and excellent welding process performance.
Uses: It is used for welding of titanium-based alloys, mainly in seawater and brine heat exchangers, condensers and paper-making bleaching systems.
